  Avoid this company, I Have worked with them for 5 years for sprinkler needs/repairs and it appears that the quality has started subpar and only gone downhill since. Simple issues like requesting a winterization requires an appointment 3 weeks out. The worst part is that 3 years in a row they fail to remember that they had this appointment. To cover themselves, they don't actually book an appointment with you but rather state that they will call you from 9-10am the day of the appointment to let you know when and if they can make it out! But then of course you find yourself calling them at 11 wondering why you're taking a day off your job to wait on a company that doesn't even know you exist and no one ever answers so it’s only voicemail. An hour or so later, you get a call back from Jeannette stating that there's been a "rescheduling" and that they can't make it till a few days later. They are under the impression that home owners with sprinkler systems are bums with no jobs or places to be on a Wednesday morning...which is why they lost my business and respect. Don't waste your time, there are 10 other companies in Staten Island better deserving of your business and at a lower cost with faster turnaround.
